I noticed a while back that State Farm was deleting certain comments & questions from their Facebook page, but leaving others.  It seems that they left negative comments that they could publicly respond to & "offer" to "look into", but deleted things that they were apparently ashamed of.

One of the worst things I noticed were the reactions of State Farm Agents, Employees, & Family Members to a 13 year old girl.  The 13 year old is the daughter of a State Farm Customer that was cheated by State Farm.

Her comments were met with negativity, abuse, innuendo, a "blame the victim" mentality as she was verbally lynched by many of State Farm's Agents, Employees, & Contractors.  One commenter even made inappropriate comments about this little girl's "boobs".

I noticed that State Farm left their henchmen "off the chain" (for a while, anyway), to attack the child.  Later, State Farm apparently deleted their comments attacking the girl.

This was explained to me later, when I saw a video produced about State Farm's Social Media Strategy, in which a State Farm Employee Kelly Thul stated, "if you let some on the negative things come through you end up in this really pleasant situation where other people come to your defense..."

Is it a "really pleasant situation" when State Farm Employees, Contractors & Family Members attack a child?  Is State Farm proud of this behavior?
